Whistler Spring Conference - May 24 2025
The BCCASA Spring Conference will provide a platform for Indigenous chefs and educators of the Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre to share their knowledge, techniques and traditions. Registration is open to all BCCASA members in good standing. The conference will feature workshops, discussions, speakers and presentations focusing on Indigenous ingredients, cooking methods and cultural preservation. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from renowned Indigenous chefs and educators, exchange ideas, and celebrate the rich diversity of Indigenous culinary heritage to enhance pedagogy guided by the B.C. Culinary Arts Curriculum.
Conference Fee: Early Bird Rate of $150 until Feb. 28, 2025. $200.00 afterwards
